Mastercard Business-Bonus is a dynamic fintech service that underwent a transformative journey from its initial beta version. At its inception, the platform faced challenges, with low registration numbers and minimal user engagement. The visual design also appeared dated, negatively affecting its popularity. As a result of comprehensive UX/UI redesign, the service made a remarkable turnaround. Registration statistics surged by over 60%, and other key metrics showed significant improvements. What's more, the platform successfully attracted participation from over 20 prominent banks, marking a pivotal moment in its growth.

On homepage, we guide users through the service step by step. We start with a clear header, introduce a tempting offer, outline three simple steps to claim it, and provide 15 bonuses to start with. Users can also explore a range of offers right after registration for an enriched grasp.

The offer page describes the contents of the offer, terms of use and offers options to choose from. Just like the product page in any e-commerce.

Registration is divided into 3 steps: Personal Information → Payment details → Confirmation

I also developed a project style guide and produced essential materials for partner banks to seamlessly integrate with our loyalty program. That helped to have 20 banks joining the program.
